Tina Homayoun
Tina Homayoun practices and teaches Ashtanga, Alignment Yoga, and meditation. Her classes focuses on the details of a postures and finding your deeper verison of each asana. Majority of the time her classes only touch on a handful of postures. Tina has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and was born into a family commited to the spiritual and meditative. Tina has devoted practicees with several schools of yoga, including Jivamukti, Ashtanga, Iyengar, and meditation. Her most signifgant training was with the Sola School of Contemplative Arts in Portland Oregon, under the guidence of Renee Sills and Sarah Trelease.

Tina’s background is in economics and believes economics and yoga hold simliarities in being of a pragmatic practice. Commitment to a daily practice continues to give clarity and direction to her life. She loves the simplicity yet high reward of a yoga practice and believes many industries and individuals could benefit from the lessons of yoga, on and off the mat.
